A credit is used each time Sorvyn sends a message to one of your customers — an email uses 1 credit, an SMS uses 2 (SMS carries higher delivery costs). Replies from your customers are free. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract.
For most service businesses, recovering a single no-show or unpaid invoice covers Sorvyn for the month — everything after that is upside. Growth and Pro plans include reporting that estimates the revenue you recover, so you can see the return — not just a count of messages sent.
SMS features (including automated missed-call text-back) depend on mobile carrier approval of each business's messaging registration. Email and web chat are available on every plan. We'll confirm what's possible for your business during setup.
